I had this same problem but I changed it. Muscle growth is dependant on breaking down ur muscle. this is called catabolic stage. its when ur lifting weights. the rest period is called anabolic, ur muscles repair themselves and over compensate thus the growth. You need to work your muscles to failure with heavy weights. Dont hurt yourself. u need to find which weight u can lift but its still challenging. i recommend buying dumbbells and a barbell. dont use machine. dumbbells and barbells are more effective. use compound movements i.e the squat, lunge, dumbbell benchpress etc. aim for 3 sets of 12 repetitions. do a full body workout, eat high protein high carb foods straight after workrout, eat good foods 7 times a day, plenty of water, and REST!!!!!! do not do weights agen until u r no longer sore. hope this works, for more info, google or go to a gym and tallk to a personal trainer. good luck mate

1. Eat more
2. Train less frequently, but heavier and harder, with more variety.
3. Relax. Muscles grow when you rest.
Supplement your meals with good whey protein powder, liver tablets, and some BCAAs. Creatine load, too.
