Its called beer belly.
Ok seriously. If you are trying to gain weight beer ale yeast is not the way to do it.
Although there is a nutritional value to the yeast, barley, and other ingredients it doesn’t mean it should be a staple of your diet.
But social life well that’s a whole other story.

I’ve never heard that beer ale yeast helps gain weight. It’s very good for hair, nails and skin though. I sprinkle one tablespoonful on my salad everyday!
To help gain weight you might consider fenugreek seeds (sometimes also called methe seeds).
All the best!

I, too, had never heard of beer ale yeast as a muscle-building compound! I know brewer’s yeast used to be recommended quite a lot for its vitamin content, but I hadn’t heard of beer ale yeast, though I suppose it has a similar value.
I, for one, would rather drink my beer than sprinkle it on my salad!
Wait, what is salad?
